What the job is:
This job is for a Showroom Manager at homechoice, a well-known South African homeware retailer. The role is based at Tubatse Crossing Mall in Burgersfort, Limpopo. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
- Lead sales performance to meet targets and budgets
- Coach team on upselling, cross-selling, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and manage staff schedules
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure compliance
- Manage stock, finances, and team training

What you need:
- 5+ years retail/sales experience
- 5+ years team leadership experience
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
