This job is for a Store Supervisor at homechoice, a well-known South African homeware retailer. The company has been helping customers create beautiful homes for over 40 years with quality products at affordable prices. You will work at the Mompati Mall Showroom in Vryburg, North West, supporting the Showroom Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and follows company rules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Improve sales and ensure daily store productivity by enforcing selling rules, managing promotions, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversee stock management, including receiving, storing, and counting stock to maintain availability.
- Handle cash securely, including counting, verifying, and reporting discrepancies.
- Supervise store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing training.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock, and compliance for the Showroom Manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with 3 years in retail administration/operations.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in retail systems and strong attention to detail.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
