This job is for a Branch Manager at Pepkor Lifestyle in Orkney, North West. You will be responsible for running a retail store like it’s your own business. The role is full-time and permanent, meaning you’ll have a stable position with the company.

What you will do:
- Ensure the store meets sales and profit targets daily.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and sales trends.
- Maintain store standards through visual merchandising and promotions.
- Lead morning meetings, conduct store walks, and ensure smooth operations.
- Hire, train, and retain top-performing team members.
- Handle stock counts, cash-ups, and health and safety compliance.
- Address customer complaints promptly and monitor online reviews.

What you need:
- Matric certificate (minimum qualification).
- 3-6 years of retail experience.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and think entrepreneurially.
- Proficiency in Google tools, stock management, and retail systems (e.g., SAP/SAS).
