What the job is: This job is for a Health Merchandiser at Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. You will work at the Gateway store, ensuring the shop looks good and is well-stocked. Your role involves maintaining store organization and providing a great shopping experience for customers.

What you will do: Responsibilities include restocking shelves, ensuring products are visible and correctly labeled, assisting with stocktaking, implementing First In First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, building product displays, and handling backroom tasks like unpacking deliveries. You will also assist customers with product inquiries.

What you need: Applicants must have completed Matric (Grade 12). Retail experience is preferred but not required. Comfort with basic computer programs like Microsoft Office is essential. Willingness to work during store hours (including evenings, weekends, or holidays) and the ability to lift heavy boxes safely are mandatory. Honesty, reliability, and good customer service skills are crucial. Speaking another language besides English is advantageous.
