This job is for a Production Line Operator at Amaro Foods in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work in a manufacturing environment, helping to keep the production line running smoothly. The role requires flexibility to handle different tasks as needed to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Running the production line and ensuring efficient operations
- Handling and recording waste materials
- Filling out daily production reports on time
- Starting and stopping the production line safely
- Completing all orders and maintaining production speed
- Checking product quality and customer requirements
- Keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- Performing safety checks on equipment
- Training new operators
- Operating specialized equipment like TransLution deboxing and scaling machines
- Managing packaging materials, waste recording, and pallet preparation
- Following food safety, allergen control, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience in baking or food production
- Understanding of production equipment and food safety rules
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
