This job is for a Warehouse Clerk responsible for dispatching and receiving goods at Amaro Foods in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role involves managing stock, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You will work closely with production teams and use systems like TransLution to track inventory and orders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Checking stock levels to ensure timely deliveries, verifying items, and confirming delivery details
- Handling paperwork such as delivery notes and documentation for legal compliance
- Reporting incomplete or delayed orders to the production team
- Operating machinery like forklifts and reach trucks, maintaining them, and following FEFO (First Expired, First Out) processes
- Managing inventory accuracy through daily stock counts and processing purchase order receipts
- Building and breaking down pallets, moving stock between warehouses, and recording container empties in TransLution
- Completing stock takes, capturing interbranch transfers, and ensuring correct order picking and dispatch
- Adhering to food safety rules, allergen control, and maintaining a clean, pest-free warehouse

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- 24 to 36 months of warehouse experience
- Valid forklift and reach truck license
- Knowledge of warehouse handling procedures
