What the job is: This job is for a Finance and Insurance Manager at Volkswagen dealerships in the East Rand area. You will work for Motus Corporation, supporting Volkswagen dealerships in providing finance and insurance services to customers. Your role involves helping customers secure optimal finance deals while ensuring compliance with Financial Services Board (FSB) regulations.

What you will do: Manage vehicle finance and insurance products, ensuring profitable deals for dealerships while maintaining customer satisfaction. Comply with laws like the National Credit Act (NCA) and Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Analyze customer financial needs, explain product options, and maintain accurate records. Ensure dealership compliance with evolving financial regulations, such as those from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).

What you need: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/insurance, preferably in automotive retail or banking. Grade 12 (Matric) required; a relevant diploma is advantageous. Knowledge of NCA, CRA, FAIS, and FICA laws is essential. FSP accreditation and s13 mandate permissions required. Valid driver’s license mandatory.
