A leading retail company based in Vryburg, North West, is looking for an experienced Store Manager. This role is perfect for someone with strong retail experience who wants to lead a team, manage daily store operations, and drive sales. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets its financial goals, and keeps customers happy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store stock, inventory, and theft prevention
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Create and execute sales promotions to meet targets
- Handle finances, expenses, and daily reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Hire, train, and manage the store team
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- 2-5 years of retail/sales/operations experience (preferably as Assistant Manager or Store Manager)
- Valid, clean Code 8 driver’s licence
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer service experience and sales target focus
