This job is for a Plant Engineer position at DRA Saudi Arabia LLC, based in Mahad, Saudi Arabia. You will work at a gold processing plant and be responsible for managing the plant’s engineering systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee asset care management to meet engineering standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate operational plans with engineering systems to maximize plant availability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide technical support to operations.
- Prepare maintenance plans (short, medium, and long-term) and analyze trends for improvements.
- Plan major shutdowns with internal/external clients and assess outsourcing opportunities.
- Manage procurement, technical documentation, and quality plans.
- Control budgets and assist in budget compilation based on operational needs.
- Set engineering targets and manage a team to meet performance goals.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or NATED Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering (GCC focus).
- 8–10 years of experience, preferably in metallurgical processing.
- Knowledge of legal compliance, technical risk management, and project management.
- Valid driver’s license (code B, EB, or C1) and proficiency in MS Office/English.
