This job is for an Operations Manager based in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will work for Fidelity Services Group, a company that provides security and investigation services. Your role will involve managing a large branch and ensuring all security operations run smoothly while meeting client needs.

What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Kimberley branch
- Oversee security officer placement and site-specific security requirements
- Lead a team of Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors
- Handle client issues, financial planning, transport, HR, ISO standards, and contractual agreements
- Attend client and internal meetings, conduct staff appraisals, and prepare annual budgets
- Manage assets, fleet control, firearm control, and compliance procedures
- Submit monthly/quarterly reports, conduct risk assessments, and investigate issues

What you need:
- Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration
- 10+ years in security industry with senior management experience
- ISO 9001:2008 knowledge, strong people management skills
- Excellent communication, administration, and client liaison abilities
- Financial management, budgeting, and fleet management experience
- Self-motivated, goal-driven with reliable transport and valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record and firearm competency
