Key tasks include planning, organizing, leading, and controlling operations, attending client meetings, reviewing staff performance quarterly, preparing annual budgets, managing assets and fleet control, submitting reports, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications include a Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, 10+ years in security with senior management experience, ISO 9001:2008 knowledge, strong people management skills, administrative/communication abilities, financial management experience, and a clean criminal record.
