This job is for a Voice Stress and Polygraph Analyst working in Rustenburg, North West. You will be part of the Fidelity Services Group, specializing in security and investigations. Your main role will be to conduct voice stress and polygraph tests as needed by the company and its clients. You will report directly to the Polygraph Manager.

Key responsibilities include performing voice stress and polygraph tests regularly, assessing results, and sharing findings with relevant managers. You will maintain high standards of honesty and integrity, keeping all test results confidential. Weekly and monthly productivity reports are required, and you must be available for emergencies. Emergency tests may involve voice stress or polygraph tools in specific investigations.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in voice stress and/or polygraph testing
- Training in AVSAPRO software or equivalent
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, voice stress software)
- Reliable transport
