Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stores have correct product displays and stock levels
- Inspect product quality, pricing, and arrangement
- Gather customer feedback and report issues
- Maintain detailed merchandising records
- Track out-of-stock items and report to management
- Stay updated on new products and promotions
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to resolve product shortages

Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude, honesty, and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
