This job is for two Enrolled Nurses to work in the maternity ward at Tshepo Themba Private Hospital in Dobsonville, Soweto, Gauteng. You will report to the Unit Manager and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role is permanent and full-time, offering a chance to work in a private healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to mothers and newborns under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Follow SANC and Department of Health regulations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for patients, families, doctors, and staff.
- Plan and organize work to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep accurate patient care records.
- Ensure high-quality care at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet maternity unit goals.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 completion and Enrolled Nursing qualification.
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a female ward (private hospital experience preferred).
- Computer literacy.
- Skills: Patient-centered care, communication, problem-solving, teamwork.
