Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify parts meet quality standards before leaving the factory.
- Perform grinding tasks on components like impellers and AllCast parts to ensure proper fit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Measure parts to confirm they meet specifications.
- Identify defects and document issues in Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Assist colleagues and follow additional instructions from management.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification with proficiency in mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions, read labels, and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
