Bauba Resources is looking for two experienced Mine Overseers to join their underground mining team at Moeijelijk Mine in Polokwane, Limpopo. This is a permanent position where you will work in shifts to ensure there is always a Mine Overseer present underground. The role focuses on maintaining mine safety, compliance with legal and safety regulations, and ensuring smooth mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work underground in shifts to monitor safety and operations.
- Supervise underground supervisors and mining teams, providing guidance.
- Enforce safety and legal rules, stopping work or removing personnel if unsafe conditions are found.
- Report issues within 24 hours and document daily activities for the Head of Operations.
- Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with mining standards.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Valid Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competence and Blasting Certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of underground mining experience, with some as a Mine Overseer.
- Experience in chrome mining is advantageous but not required.
