This is a full-time Team Leader position at Lesaka Technologies, based in Acornhoek, Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. You will lead a team responsible for sales and service operations in the EasyPay Everywhere branches. The role focuses on driving team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales and service consultants, setting sales targets and ensuring team goals are met.
- Build a positive work environment, handle staff leave, working hours, and overtime management.
- Coach and upskill team members to improve sales performance and align with business plans.
- Ensure team understands customer needs and provides quick, effective solutions.
- Conduct needs analyses during customer interactions and identify sales opportunities.
- Manage fleet costs for vehicles used in proactive sales activities and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, and business origination rules.

Requirements:
- National Diploma or NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Studies or related field.
- 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position (preferably in banking/financial services).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, report writing).
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
