This is a full-time IT Manager position at a healthcare or medical laboratory services company based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on managing and improving the company’s IT systems, especially the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You will ensure that patient data and lab results are accurate, secure, and properly integrated with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure and business systems with a strong focus on LIMS
- Manage user accounts, maintain hardware/software, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Handle system integrations between LIMS and lab instruments
- Provide technical support and training to staff
- Manage IT projects and optimize business processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Lead the IT team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance

Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Amanzimtoti
- 3–5 years of experience working with LIMS in a medical lab environment
- Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LIMS platforms
- Knowledge of lab instrument interfacing, system integration, and IT security
