This job is for a Service Technician Specialist working across multiple franchises under Motus Corporation in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will be responsible for fixing and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high-quality service that meets customer expectations. The role involves working in the automotive industry, specifically in the Retail division under the North & Western Region.

What you will do:
- Test drive vehicles to check repairs and diagnose problems brought in by customers.
- Move between the workshop, service advisors, and parts department to create repair quotes.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles (e.g., oil changes, brake fixes, part replacements, or engine/gearbox work).
- Use diagnostic tools correctly to identify vehicle issues and ensure repairs meet OEM standards and warranty requirements.
- Track time and costs to stay within manufacturer target timeframes.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers after repairs.
- Fill out paperwork accurately and assist other mechanics with technical advice.

What you need:
- Associate-level experience in automotive service or engineering.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, advisors, and team members.
- Physical fitness for standing long periods, working under vehicles, and moving in the workshop.
