This job is for a Theatre Nurse Assistant at Dr Phakisa Mokhesi Private Hospital in Sebokeng, Gauteng. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to provide care to patients in the operating theatre. Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a clean operating room, assisting nurses during procedures, monitoring vital signs, managing medical supplies, and keeping accurate patient records. Must have completed Grade 12 and hold a qualification as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary, registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). Basic Life Support (BLS) qualification is preferred but not required. Experience in a private hospital is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be comfortable with computers, have strong healthcare management and patient care skills, and be able to work under pressure with good communication skills.
