Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, weekly dashboards, and forecasts for leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with legal and accounting rules.
- Manage cash flow and working capital for daily operations and future projects.
- Analyze financial trends, create financial models, and support investment decisions.
- Work with auditors, develop financial policies, and ensure corporate governance.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification required.
- Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, management, and reporting.
- Strong background in group financial reporting and IFRS knowledge.
- Experience in private healthcare industry.
- Advanced computer skills and strong financial analysis abilities.
