What the job is: This job is for a Concierge at Sun International, a hospitality company based in Cape Town. As a Concierge, you will be the main point of contact for guests, helping them with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Your role involves providing friendly, helpful, and personalized service to guests throughout their visit.

What you will do: You will prepare the workspace, greet guests, assist with reservations, arrange transport, handle complaints, and maintain a logbook. You will also collaborate with hotel staff and external suppliers to meet guest requests.

What you need: Completed Grade 12, at least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in hospitality), strong communication skills, physical ability to stand for long periods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
