Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-focused person to work as an Administrator at Fidelity Services Group in Midrand, Gauteng. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly in an office setting and wants to support different teams with everyday tasks.
As an Administrator, you will handle a variety of tasks to keep the office and departments functioning well. You will manage filing and organizing both physical and digital documents, ensuring everything is easy to find when needed. You will also be responsible for entering data into systems, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies like stationery and refreshments.
Another important part of the job is handling payroll-related tasks, such as processing leave forms, traffic fines, and PSIRA certificates for around 241 orders each month. You will also be in charge of ordering uniforms for 253 technical employees. Additionally, you will assist with transferring assets on the Pulse system, answering phone calls, and directing them to the right people. Your role will also include helping with planning and coordinating tasks, as well as performing any other administrative duties assigned by your supervisor.
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least a high school diploma (Matric), though a diploma or degree would be a bonus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time well are essential, as is good communication—both in writing and when speaking with others. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in an administrative role is helpful but not required, as this is an entry-level position. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and you should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
This is a contract position with a term of six months. While the salary range is not specified, the role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced company within the security and investigations industry. You will work in a dynamic environment and have the chance to develop new skills while supporting a growing team.
