This is a full-time position for an Admin Manager in the retail sector at iStore Mall of Africa. iStore is the largest Apple retailer in Africa, offering expert advice, repairs, business solutions, and technical support for Apple products. The role is based in Midrand, Gauteng, and focuses on managing the back-of-house operations for the store.

As the Admin Manager, you will lead and support a team to ensure both employees and customers have a positive experience. Your main responsibilities include overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all back-of-house operations at iStore Mall of Africa. This involves making sure that all store policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed correctly to reduce risks and improve business performance.

You will also focus on continuously improving operations by reviewing and updating systems and processes to better meet the needs of the business. This includes analyzing current procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with different teams across the business to ensure smooth cooperation and alignment with company goals.

To qualify for this role, you must have completed Matric as the minimum requirement. While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification would be a strong advantage. You should have at least five years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment, preferably within retail operations. Strong knowledge of retail processes and the ability to manage multiple teams and functions (matrix management) are essential.

You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn new skills, and adapt to changes while thinking strategically. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and driving store targets to meet business goals is also required.
