This is a fixed-term contract position for a Front Shop Assistant at Dis-Chem’s Majik Forest store. You will work in a retail pharmacy environment, assisting customers and maintaining store organization. Responsibilities include stock management, cash transactions, customer service, and adhering to Dis-Chem’s stock control and safety standards. Additional tasks involve stocktaking, reporting damaged/expired products, and assisting with stock loading/unloading. The role requires basic math skills, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions. Applicants must be South African citizens with a Matric certificate, a clean criminal record, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transport. Retail experience (preferably 0-6 months) is preferred but not mandatory.
