Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed, and ambitious TVET students in Groblersdal, Limpopo. This program is specifically for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and need to complete their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is for a Junior Merchandiser, where you will gain practical experience in the wine and spirits industry.

As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, and ensuring stock meets quality standards (e.g., checking vintage labels, price tags, and product rotation). You will also carry out merchandising activities based on a set schedule, such as restocking and organizing displays. Additionally, you will handle customer feedback, answer questions, report issues, and keep records of merchandising activities. Phone calls may also be part of your merchandising cycle.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old and have completed an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior merchandising experience is required, but a strong interest in retail, customer service, and attention to detail is beneficial.
