Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed TVET students in Dundonald, Mpumalanga. This program is specifically for those who have completed their N6 TVET College certificate and need to complete their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is designed to provide real-world experience in the wine and spirits industry.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will organize and maintain product displays in stores. Tasks include checking stock, drawing up restocking requirements, inspecting product quality, pricing, and rotation. You will also set up displays, handle customer feedback, stay updated on promotions, and report stock issues to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old with an N6 TVET certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior merchandising experience is required. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are essential.

Benefits: Monthly stipend of R3,500 for 18 months, hands-on industry experience, and mentorship from experienced merchandisers.
