This program is specifically for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and need to finish their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining product displays in stores. Your tasks will include checking stock levels and ensuring products are well-presented, verifying vintage, quality, and pricing. You will follow a set merchandising schedule to keep shelves stocked and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle customer feedback, answer questions about products and promotions, and keep detailed records of your work. You will also make calls as part of your duties and report any out-of-stock items to your Regional Sales Manager.

To qualify for this internship, you must be under 28 years old and hold an N6 TVET Certificate in one of the following fields: Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior work experience in merchandising is required, but a strong interest in retail, customer service, and attention to detail will be beneficial. You should also be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from experienced professionals.

This internship offers a monthly stipend of R3,500 for the duration of the 18-month program.
