What the job is: This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated person to join Managed People Solutions as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant Intern. What you will do: Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team. Tasks include assisting with sales activities, meeting sales targets, ensuring products are neatly displayed, stocking shelves, and assisting customers. You will learn sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and how to run in-store promotions. Teamwork to achieve sales and merchandising goals will be key.

What you need: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have a positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work well with others. Passion for sales, customer service, and merchandising. Commitment to completing the full 12-month internship program on a full-time basis, including availability during the December festive season.
