This is a 12-month contract position for a Mine Manager with a mining company based in Hotazel, Northern Cape. The role involves overseeing all aspects of mine operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing life-of-mine planning, setting production goals, implementing continuous improvement strategies, enforcing safety and legal policies, conducting inspections, and optimizing resource use. The candidate will work with legal and operational teams to meet production targets while maintaining cost control and safety standards. Stakeholder relationships will also be a key focus.
