What the job is: This is a full-time Team Leader position at Huntswood, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The job is only open to people currently working on the Hilton GVRS Collections Estate. Huntswood seeks a leader with strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure excellent customer service for clients.

What you will do: As a Team Leader, you will manage team performance to meet key targets, handle leave/absence requests, address disciplinary issues, and maintain team motivation. You will provide coaching, training, and performance feedback, identify skill gaps, and prepare reports. You will also ensure team alignment with Huntswood’s company culture.

What you need: Applicants must have Matric (Grade 12) or an NQF Level 4 qualification, be currently employed on the Hilton GVRS Collections Estate, and have Hilton’s Lines of Business accreditation. Experience in US collections is required, along with a clean HR record. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and process improvement abilities are essential.
