This is a full-time position for a Legal and Compliance Officer at Rand Refinery (Pty) Limited, located in the East Rand area of Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role focuses on ensuring the company follows all legal and compliance rules while managing customer relationships and internal processes. Responsibilities include KYC/KYP processes, customer due diligence, contract management, SAP system maintenance, and audit support. Requirements include a degree/diploma in compliance, law, or related fields, 1-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Knowledge of LBMA guidelines, FICA, POCA, POPIA, and Precious Metals Act is advantageous.
