This is a full-time job at homechoice, a well-known South African homeware retailer with over 40 years of experience. The company helps customers create beautiful, affordable homes with quality products. You will work as a Sales and Customer Associate in the King William’s Town showroom, helping customers and making sales happen every day.

What you will do:
- Greet customers and assist them on the showroom floor to understand their needs.
- Show products, explain their features, and help customers make purchases.
- Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer orders, payments, and paperwork accurately, including account openings, refunds, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a neat and organized showroom, assist with stock, and follow safety and quality standards.
- Support promotions and special events, sometimes working weekends or holidays.

What you need:
- At least a Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
