We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the Upington branch of Fidelity Services Group. This full-time position reports to the Regional Manager and involves managing a large security branch, ensuring proper placement of security officers, meeting client needs, and adhering to all security requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, finances, transport, human resources, ISO compliance, client portfolios, and contractual agreements. The role requires leading a team of Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors, conducting staff appraisals, succession planning, budget preparation, and asset control, including fleet and firearm management. The Branch Manager must ensure compliance with quality management standards, submit required reports, conduct risk assessments, and maintain strong client relationships. Administrative duties, daily operational issues, and compliance with contractual requirements are also part of the role.
