We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the Upington branch of Fidelity Services Group. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing all daily operations of a large security branch, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and ensuring security services meet the highest standards for clients in the area.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, deploying security officers according to contracts, overseeing operations, financial management, transport, human resources, industrial relations, and compliance with ISO standards. You will manage operations managers, site managers, and supervisors, attend client meetings, handle staff training, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Requirements:
- Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 10 years of experience in the security industry, with senior management experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards
- Strong people management, administration, and communication skills
- Financial management, budgeting, and fleet management experience
- Leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, no criminal record
