This job is for a Production Operator Tapper at Samancor in Steelpoort, Limpopo. You will work in a mining environment, handling molten metal in the production process. Key responsibilities include preparing the tap floor, operating equipment to remove molten metal from furnaces, maintaining tapholes, skimming slag, and operating heavy machinery like overhead cranes. Additional tasks involve updating records, ensuring workplace cleanliness, and following SHEQ guidelines. The role requires at least Grade 12/N3, 1 year of relevant experience, and an Overhead Crane License and Forklift License. This is a permanent full-time position with shift work, including overtime.
