Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed, and ambitious TVET students in De Doorns, Western Cape. This program is specifically for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and need to finish their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience and industry skills to help you build a strong career foundation.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in keeping products well-organized and attractive in stores. Your main tasks will include checking stock levels, ensuring the right products are available on the shelves, inspecting product quality, ensuring price tags are correct, and following the merchandising schedule to keep displays fresh and appealing. You will also listen to customer feedback, answer questions, report issues like missing products to your supervisor, and keep detailed records of your work.

To qualify, you must be under 28 years old and hold an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior work experience in merchandising is required, but good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

This internship lasts for 18 months with a monthly stipend of R3,500. You will gain valuable work experience in the wine and spirits industry, helping you develop skills for future employment opportunities.
