This program is specifically for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and are looking to gain the required 18 months of workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the wine and spirits industry, helping you develop skills that will make you more employable in the future.

As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, and drawing up stock requirements. You will inspect products for quality, ensure price tags are correct, and rotate stock properly. You will follow a merchandising schedule, handle customer feedback, and keep detailed records of your activities. Phone calls may also be part of your assigned cycle, and you will report stock shortages to your Regional Sales Manager.

To apply, you must be under 28 years old and have completed your N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior merchandising experience is required, but strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
