This job is for a TLB (Tracked Layback) Machine Operator at Fraser Alexander (Pty) Ltd, based in Gauteng. The role involves operating heavy machinery to help keep mining sites safe and efficient by digging trenches, cleaning up spills, connecting pipes, and building structures like deposition walls and access roads.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the TLB machine to dig trenches, load materials, and maintain access roads and pipes
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Conducting daily pre-shift inspections and maintaining the machine's cleanliness and functionality
- Assisting maintenance staff with repairs or checks as required

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Valid MQA-accredited TLB Operator Competency Certificate
- 2-3 years of experience with earthmoving equipment
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Physically and medically fit for the job
- Willingness to undergo criminal screening, drug testing (Dover testing), and work rotating shifts/overtime
