Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed TVET students in Musina, Limpopo. This program is designed for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and need to complete their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is for a Junior Merchandiser, where you will gain hands-on experience in the wine and spirits industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, and drawing up stock requirements. You will inspect products for quality, check price tags, and ensure stock rotation. Following the merchandising cycle brief, you will carry out assigned activities and provide feedback on customer complaints. You will also maintain product knowledge, track promotions, and record merchandising activities accurately. Calls will be made as per the call cycle, and out-of-stock products will be reported to the Regional Sales Manager.

To qualify, you must be under 28 years old and hold an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior merchandising experience is required, but good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

The internship offers a monthly stipend of R3,500 for 18 months, providing valuable skills and experience in the wine and spirits industry.
