This program is designed for those who have completed their N6 TVET College Certificate and need to complete their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is for a Junior Merchandiser, providing hands-on experience in the wine and spirits industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize and manage stock in stores
- Determine product merchandising needs and stock requirements
- Verify product quality, pricing, and stock rotation
- Handle customer feedback and product inquiries
- Record merchandising activities and follow call cycles
- Report out-of-stock items to the Regional Sales Manager

**Requirements:**
- Under 28 years old
- Completed N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management
- No prior merchandising experience required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
