Faircape Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to work night shifts across three healthcare facilities in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town: Tokai Estate, Cle Du Cap, and Noordhoek Manor. These facilities provide specialized care for patients recovering from medical conditions like neurological issues, orthopedic injuries, surgery, and frail care. The role involves working as part of a team to support patients through recovery and rehabilitation. Flexibility and willingness to rotate between facilities based on staffing needs are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update personalized care plans for residents.
- Monitor staff adherence to care plans and protocols.
- Conduct high-risk assessments and maintain detailed records.
- Manage medication administration, storage, and stock levels.
- Handle infection control and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Follow emergency procedures, including calling services or respecting advance directives.
- Inform multidisciplinary teams and families about incidents or resident deaths.
- Oversee nursing unit operations during night shifts.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with SANC registration.
- Experience as a Shift Leader or Duty Sister.
- Knowledge of dementia, frail, and palliative care (preferred).
- Ability to organize staff training and manage shift schedules.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Clear health, criminal, and credit records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate between facilities.
