Managed People Solutions is offering an internship program for young, unemployed TVET students who have completed their N6 Certificate and need workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. This opportunity is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and is designed to help you gain real-world skills in a professional setting.

As a Junior Merchandiser intern, you will assist in managing stock and product displays in stores. Responsibilities include checking product quality, ensuring correct pricing, rotating stock, and maintaining merchandising schedules. You will handle customer feedback, report issues to supervisors, and keep records of merchandising activities. If products are out of stock, you will inform the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old, have completed an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management, and be based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate to Gauteng. No prior work experience is required, but interest in retail or merchandising is a plus. Commitment to the full 18-month internship is mandatory.
