Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed TVET students who have completed their N6 Certificate and need workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. This program is based in Hazyview, Mpumalanga, and is designed to help students gain practical skills in the wine and spirits industry.

As a Junior Merchandiser intern, your main tasks will include checking and organizing stock on shelves, ensuring products are displayed correctly (including verifying vintage details, quality, and price tags), and following a set schedule to update displays and rotate stock. You will handle customer complaints or questions about products and promotions, keep records of merchandising activities, and report out-of-stock items to your supervisor. Scheduled calls will be made to follow up on stock and merchandising tasks.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old with a TVET N6 Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior work experience is required, but strong interest in retail/merchandising and good communication skills are essential.

Benefits: Monthly stipend of R3,500 for 18 months, hands-on workplace experience, and improved employability after completing studies.
