Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed TVET students who have completed their N6 certificate and need workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. This program is specifically for people living in or near Centurion, Gauteng. The role is designed to help you gain real work experience in a retail or merchandising environment while learning from professionals in the field.

As a Junior Merchandiser intern, your main tasks will include checking and organizing products in stores. You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked with the right products, price tags are correct, and items are displayed neatly. You will also check the quality and condition of products, including their age or freshness, and ensure older stock is sold first. Part of your job will involve following a set schedule to visit different stores and complete merchandising tasks as instructed. You will handle customer complaints or questions about products, keep up with promotions and product information, and record all your activities accurately. Additionally, you will report any issues like missing products to your supervisor and assist with phone calls as part of your daily duties.

To apply for this internship, you must be under 28 years old and have completed your N6 TVET certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. No prior work experience is required, but you should be eager to learn and work hard. You must be available to work in Centurion, Gauteng, for the full 18-month duration of the program.

You will earn a monthly stipend of R3,500 during your 18-month internship. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in a real workplace, helping you build skills that will make you more employable after completing the program.
