Requirements:
- BTech or BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Registration as a professional engineer with ECSA
- 8-10 years of experience in fire engineering within a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of fire safety design principles and South African standards (SANS deemed-to-satisfy and rational design approaches)
- Experience with firefighting equipment, fire sprinkler systems, smoke control, and stairwell pressurization
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
