What you will do: You will work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to learn the ropes. Each day, you will travel with the sales team on their routes, helping with tasks like setting up displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products look attractive to customers. You will assist in achieving sales targets by supporting promotions, answering customer questions, and maintaining store organization. Your role will also involve learning professional customer interactions and building shopper relationships.

What you need: To qualify, you should have completed a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, honesty, responsibility, and a positive attitude are essential. A passion for sales, customer service, and merchandising is required. Commitment to a 12-month full-time programme, including the December holiday season, is mandatory.
