This job is for an Operations Manager at Fidelity Services Group, based in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will manage daily operations of a large security branch, ensuring proper placement of security officers and meeting client needs professionally. The role reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations, finances, transport, HR, ISO compliance, client portfolios, and contractual agreements.
- Manage operations managers, site managers, and supervisors to handle client matters efficiently.
- Utilize planning, organizing, leading, and controlling skills for effective staff management.
- Attend client and internal meetings, conduct quarterly staff appraisals, and ensure training and development.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, control assets, manage company fleet, and handle firearm control.
- Create duty rosters, ensure proper procedures for purchases/repairs, and maintain quality management standards.
- Submit monthly/quarterly reports, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Maintain client relationships, evaluate service levels, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
- Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration.
- 10+ years of security industry experience with senior management experience.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards.
- Strong people management, administration, communication, and client liaison skills.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and fleet management.
- Assertive, goal-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about the business.
- Computer literate with Microsoft programs, own reliable transport, valid driver’s license, no criminal record, and firearm competency.
