The role involves ensuring compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and related regulations. Responsibilities include creating a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, reviewing customer due diligence processes, assessing transaction monitoring systems, and ensuring accurate regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in law, finance, accounting, or risk management, along with a qualification in FICA, AML/CFT, or compliance, and at least six years of experience in financial services compliance.
