This job is for a Store Manager at PEP Home, a retail company, located in Chatsworth, Durban. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and keeps customers happy. The role is full-time and based in the store itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to meet sales goals through excellent customer service and store presentation.
- Manage stock levels, promotions, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Implement security measures to reduce stock loss and theft while maintaining strict cash-handling procedures.
- Optimize store efficiency by reducing waste and controlling costs.
- Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, reports, and compliance with company policies.
- Train, coach, and support the team to ensure high performance and clear goal alignment.
- Ensure store safety and cleanliness by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Preference for a degree/diploma in business, retail, or related fields (not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role (e.g., assistant manager or supervisor).
- Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Passion for retail and customer service, with honesty, hard work, and adaptability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work during store hours, including evenings and weekends.
